They're trying to rip off Hernando County, FL

CCA has been in a dispute with county commissioners in Hernando county, Florida, for a while over more than $400,000 in witheld funds for the facility. Apparently, CCA agreed to give 30% of the revenue made from new beds added during a controversial and county-assisted expansion of the facility, and now doesn't want to give the county the revenue they originally promised.
